ANA has said it will convert more 767s into freighters over the coming years. As the carrier, which has exciting ambitions for e-commerce, expands its freight division, it also wants to keep costs low. It has some 40 767s, which are being phased out by the new 787, and so conversions offer the carrier better value than new freighters.
